Shipping policy

All shipping is processed by Australia Post. Standard leads time apply for all products. Express shipping is not currently offered. Items that include free shipping are delivered via Australia Post Standard shipping.

Extra cover is not included.

If your item is lost or damaged you may be eligible for compensation via Australia Post. Australia Post offer this for most items sent. Eligibility of claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Extra Cover and any compensation offered under the Australia Post Terms and Conditions are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
