Exchange, refund and return conditions
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7x days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Please inspect your order upon receiving, and contact us immediately if we have supplied a product that differs from your order or is damaged

- If the product is damaged please provide indicative photos
- If the product is damaged during delivery, it will need to be followed up via Australia Post using your tracking number as the case identifier. You can see more info here: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/compensation
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return postage is at the customers expense with any replacement shipping expenses covered by Nemesis

- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on Factory Second items or for change of mind scenarios.
- Upon receiving the returned goods, and once validated by us, an exchange will be arranged for you.
We are an exchange first store, refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis with the outcome being communicated in consultation with you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@nemesiscorp.com.au
